History
Opened in December 2002 on Vasile Lascăr street, near Piața Gemeni, Four Seasons was a small restaurant with just 10 tables. Its owner Alain, a passionate gourmand, opened it mainly to indulge his own culinary cravings alongside close friends, rather than as a business venture. He assembled a team of skilled, big-hearted chefs who quickly won over the hearts of Bucharest diners too.
The space soon became too small, with reservations booked well in advance. It was time to expand, so an additional dining room was added, along with a cool terrace — a true oasis of greenery in the center of Bucharest.
The restaurant has hosted numerous public figures over the years — artists, journalists, politicians, athletes — who have all appreciated the quality of the food as well as the warm, elegant ambiance.
In March 2014, Alain opened a new Four Seasons, a second Lebanese paradise, this time in the Dorobanți area. Here the space is one of complete elegance, a setting unlike any other restaurant in Bucharest. Refined Oriental accents and a décor in white and beige tones create an intimate, sophisticated atmosphere.
The food here is equally superb, absolutely divine, and is beloved equally by gourmands, vegetarians and healthy-food enthusiasts alike, for its freshness, its distinctive flavors, and the refinement of its presentation.
Location
Located at Calea Dorobanților no. 177, in a two-storey boyar house, the venue is exceptionally elegant. White and beige tones and wooden décor embodying ancient Arab motifs, reinterpreted in a modern style, create an intimate and sophisticated ambiance.
The ground floor seats up to 35 guests, and the upper floor up to 50. The location also has a lovely terrace offering the same elegance as the interior, where you can enjoy flavored shisha alongside our Lebanese dishes.
The space is suitable for a romantic dinner, a hearty weekday lunch, a gathering with friends or family, an anniversary, a corporate meeting, parties and events.
The menu preserves the traditional qualities for which Lebanese food is appreciated the world over, complemented by a few personal touches that bring a hint of modernity and flavor.
