A typical Lebanese meal is made up of a variety of cold and hot starters, rounded out with delicious grilled beef, chicken or lamb — the well-known kebab. At Four Seasons Dorobanți, you can complete it with fish from the Mediterranean Sea, Sultan Ibrahim (red mullet) or Malifa fish, exceptionally prepared and served with absolutely unique sauces.
